How Commercialista AI uses Google data
Commercialista AI is a tool for Italian accounting firms. The accountant reviews every outgoing message. Nothing is sent without a click, except automations the firm has enabled.

openid email profile. - One-click Gmail uses
https://mail.google.com/to read mail from registered client addresses (IMAP via OAuth) and to send mail (Gmail API) from the firm's account after confirmation. - We do not request
gmail.readonly,gmail.modify, or permission to permanently delete mail. - Before download, search is limited to addresses of clients with a valid email and VAT number; other messages are not opened or downloaded.
What we do not do
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data — including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data — to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models. Anthropic, when used for drafts, does not train on customer content under its API terms; that path does not use Workspace API data to train models.

Non li vendiamo e non li usiamo per addestrare modelli di intelligenza artificiale. Gmail in un clic chiede la casella (mail.google.com): lettura dei soli mittenti clienti e invio.
