How Commercialista AI uses Google data
Commercialista AI is a tool for Italian accounting firms. The accountant reviews every outgoing message. Nothing is sent without a click, except automations the firm has enabled.

https://mail.google.com/orgmail.modify: the app cannot delete, move, or modify mail. - Messages from the addresses of clients with a valid email and VAT number are read in full.
- If the firm keeps the “Scadenze in tutte le email” (deadlines in all emails) option on in Settings, the app also reads the sender, recipients, subject and date of other incoming messages and of the messages the firm sent, and opens only those with attachments, sent by public bodies (for example the Italian Revenue Agency or INPS) or mentioning a deadline (words such as «scadenza», «entro», «F24»), only to find tax deadlines of the firm's own clients, with fixed rules and no AI. It does not store those messages: a deadline becomes a proposal, which the firm must confirm, only when it belongs to one of the firm's clients, recognized by email address, tax code or VAT number; for each proposal it keeps only the sender or recipients, subject and date of the email and the attachment or sentence the deadline comes from. The firm can turn this off in Settings.
What we do not do
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data — including raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived data — to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models. Anthropic, when used for drafts, does not train on customer content under its API terms; that path does not use Workspace API data to train models.

Usiamo i dati Google solo per funzioni visibili che lo studio ha chiesto: leggere le email dei clienti registrati, cercare le scadenze dei clienti nelle altre email in arrivo e in quelle inviate dallo studio, se lo studio lascia accesa la funzione, inviare email dalla casella dello studio dopo una conferma umana, proporre i clienti da aggiungere quando lo studio lo chiede (mittenti, destinatari e date delle email del periodo scelto, e la firma dell'ultima email per la partita IVA; niente viene salvato senza la conferma dello studio) e riconoscere chi entra. Non li vendiamo e non li usiamo per addestrare modelli di intelligenza artificiale.
Gmail in un clic chiede gmail.readonly per leggere e gmail.send per inviare: non può cancellare, spostare o modificare la posta. Le email dei clienti con email e partita IVA valide vengono lette per intero. Con «Scadenze in tutte le email» accesa, delle altre email in arrivo e di quelle inviate dallo studio leggiamo mittente, destinatari, oggetto e data e apriamo soltanto quelle con allegati, inviate da enti pubblici o che parlano di scadenze, solo per trovare le scadenze dei clienti dello studio e senza intelligenza artificiale; una proposta nasce solo per un cliente dello studio e, per ogni proposta, che lo studio deve confermare, restano soltanto mittente o destinatari, oggetto e data dell'email e l'allegato o la frase da cui nasce. La funzione si spegne dalle Impostazioni.
